Hi, my name is Kris. I served 23 years in the United States Army and Indiana Army National Guard. I retired in 2016 with the plans of eventually becoming a home inspector. I became a certified home inspector and realized there was a need for more comprehensive septic inspections. Not just flushing dye down a toilet. So after seeing the need for a better septic inspection service for home buyers, sellers and real estate agents, I became a certified IOWPA inspector to further educate myself when it comes to septic systems. I wanted to provide a better service to clients in need of a septic inspection.

The Indiana Onsite Wastewater
Professional Association (IOWPA)
implemented an Inspector Certification
program in 2013. The objective is to
educate inspection professionals with
regard to the Indiana State Rule 410 IAC and how to conduct a proper inspection to assure a system is in working order. The program was developed in conjunction with the Indiana Code IC 8-1-2-125 via Senate Bill 204 (f) (2)
